\\ゴーレムでのやりがいや魅力// 建設業界のサステナビリティ推進を支援し、企業の成長と環境に貢献できます 大企業を巻き込み業界変革を牽引し、業界に大きな影響を与えながら自身の成長を実感できる環境です 競合が少ない新領域で、主力メンバーとして業界トップを目指せます ハイブリッド勤務ワークライフバランスを実現場所や時間に捉われない自由な働き方が実現できます 当社の人事・採用の専任責任者として、まずは採用活動の戦略立案〜実務推進を最優先でリードいただきます。 業務委託メンバーとチームを組みながら、候補者体験の向上、媒体連携、ブランディング施策まで一貫して推進いただきます。 その後は、中長期的に組織設計や制度づくり、文化醸成などの領域まで幅広く携わっていただけるポジションです。 【業務詳細】 最優先ミッション:採用関連 ・採用戦略の立案・実行(事業計画・経営戦略との連動) ・採用担当メンバー(業務委託含む)のマネジメント・チームビルディング ・各職種の募集要項の作成・更新・運用管理 ・候補者対応(書類選考、カジュアル面談、面接日程調整 等) ・採用媒体(Wantedly、ビズリーチ等)や人材紹介会社との連携・選定 ・スカウト送信、面談設計、選考プロセスの改善 ・採用広報・ブランディング施策の企画・運用 中長期ミッション:人事制度構築 ・組織設計(役割や階層構造の設計、部署間連携の整備) ・職位制度の設計・運用(グレード・評価制度との連動) ・組織文化の醸成(MVVの浸透、カルチャーフィット施策) ・オンボーディングの整備・運用 ・育成体制・キャリア支援施策の設計と実装 【現状の採用体制】 採用体制 ・人事部門は専任不在(管理部・経営陣・現場責任者が分担) ・2025年4月より、業務委託メンバー(2名体制)でPMO/スカウト実務を補助 ・今回は、正社員として採用業務をリードするプレイングマネージャーを募集 現在の採用職種 ・エンジニア職(EM・テックリード含む) ・事業開発、PdM、PM ・セールス、カスタマーサクセス
必須スキル
・採用・人事領域での実務経験(3年以上) ・採用戦略〜実行までのリード経験 ・各部門と連携して業務を推進した経験 ・候補者・社内関係者との円滑なコミュニケーション力 ・採用データに基づいた改善提案や意思決定の経験
歓迎スキル
・スタートアップでの採用経験、または採用支援実務の経験 ・採用管理システム(ATS)やHRツールの活用経験 ・職位制度や組織設計に関する実務経験 ・キャリア支援・育成施策の企画・運用経験 ・労務・コンプライアンスの基本的知識
