当ポジションでは、担当アウトレットにおいて、上長より与えられた仕事を責任持ってやり遂げ且つ結果を導いていくことを期待されています。
アウトレットにおける日々の業務・流れ・状況を理解しながら、 F&B スーパーバイザーを補佐し、
F&B スーパーバイザー不在時は代行を務めていただきます。

お客様の期待を上回る素晴らしいサービスを提供する方法を知っている、熱意とプロ意識のあるチームプレーヤーを求めています。

  • カクテル、バリスタ、サービスなど、飲食に関する実証済みの知識
  • 卓越したカスタマーサービススキル
  • 高いコミュニケーション能力と対人関係能力
  • 高いレベルの身だしなみとプレゼンテーション。
  • 勤務シフトの柔軟性
  応募資格 学歴不問。
レストランのサービス従事者として1年程度の経験、または関連分野の教育や経験がある事。
基本的な日本語でのコミュニケーションが取れる事。かつ英語でのコミュニケーションが取れれば尚可。
サービス従事者として、お客様、同僚や上長、並びに第三者と円滑にコミュニケーションを取ることが出来る。     福利厚生

You will be in charge of giving instructions to the staff to delivery our service smoothly as a team leader as well as be resposible for serving food and beverages to guests as a Food & Beverage Attendant at our restaurant.

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional team players who knows how to deliver great service and exceed guest expectations. Ideally you will have:

  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of personal presentation and grooming.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts during your roster
