具体的な業務内容

【仕事概要】

新規でご導入を意思決定くださった不動産管理会社様(=クライアント)がParkDirectを活用いただくための支援を行います。クライアントからのお問い合わせ対応がメインの業務となります。

【具体的な仕事内容】

◆法人顧客の問い合わせ対応

・クライアントに対する業務連絡、問い合わせ対応(主にメール・電話を想定)

・上記に付随する社内関連部署への連携と処理

【必須スキル】

・営業事務経験2年以上

・スプレッドシートやエクセルの操作ができる方

・クライアントと簡単な確認事項のやり取り(電話、メール)ができる方

・他者と協業して仕事を進めることができる方

・不動産管理会社での業務経験

・経理業務経験

・PPTなどの資料作成が得意

・タスクのゴールに向かって最適な手法を考えることができる

勤務時間・曜日:

■勤務日・時間

・平日週5日

・10:00~19:00もしくは9:00~18:00(休憩1時間含む)

・8時間を超えた場合はそれに応じた時給が加算されます

休暇・休日:

■シフト制

■年間休日126日

■特別休暇(慶弔休暇・出産育児休暇など)

■有給休暇(法定通り支給)

勤務地:

・完全在宅勤務可能

・屋内の受動喫煙対策 あり(禁煙) 敷地内禁煙

※ご自宅での勤務が可能ですので、東京在住問いません
