Roles and Responsibility

【業務内容】
本開発ポジションでは、LINEを用いた、コミュニケーションツールを開発していただきます。

購入後・購入検討したが離脱してしまったエンドユーザーに対してLINEアカウントの友達になってもらい、LINE上でコミュニケーションを取ることで再来訪や、再購入への促しを行います。

LINEコミュニケーションツール単体での精度を上げることに加えて、弊社SFA / CRM / CHAT / ENGAGE / AdPlatform / DataPlatformとの連携を行い、エンドユーザーとのコミュニケーション価値を最大化できるプロダクトを一緒に開発できる方を募集しております。

  This position is for the development of a communication tool using LINE. This is to encourage end users who have left the site after making a purchase or considering purchasing to become friends with our LINE account and communicate with us on LINE to encourage them to come back and make a purchase again. In addition to improving the accuracy of the stand-alone LINE communication tool, we are looking for people who can work together with us to develop products that maximize the value of communication with end-users by linking with our SFA/CRM/CHAT/ENGAGE/AdPlatform/DataPlatform. We are looking for people who can work with us to develop products that maximize the value of end-user communication.
  You will be assigned to one of the following teams, starting with the team that best suits your area of expertise or the area you would like to challenge yourself in, and in the future, we would like you to be in charge of the development of the entire system.
  • Front-end: TypeScript (Vue3/Nuxt3) - Improvement of UX experience and connection with back-end
  • Back-end: API server development using JavaScript (Node)
