【主な業務内容】

・日常生活における基本動作の指導

・知識や技能の習得支援

・集団生活への適応訓練

・保護者とのコミュニケーション

・記録作成や事務業務

【業務の特徴】

・20年以上の実績に基づいた療育プログラムを実践

・個別療育と集団療育を組み合わせた支援を提供

・一人ひとりの発達段階に合わせたオーダーメイド療育

・ミーティングやカンファレンスの時間を確保し、チーム全体で支援を検討

・相談しやすい環境で困ったときにすぐサポート受けられる

【1日の流れ】

・9:00 出社・清掃、朝礼(前日の振り返り・受入児童の情報共有)、午前の療育

・12:00 お昼休憩、午後のカンファレンス・ミーティング

・午後の療育、記録・事務処理

・18:00 退社
