【営業事務スタッフ募集|不動産仲介】

不動産仲介業における事務全般を担当していただきます。業界未経験の方も大歓迎

他業界や異職種からのキャリアチェンジも応援します。

【主な仕事内容】

・営業補佐業務: 営業チームのサポート業務全般。営業活動を円滑に進めるための調整や事務作業を担当します。

・お客様対応: 物件に関するお問い合わせ対応、内見の日程調整や案内業務を担当します。

・他社の不動産仲介対応: 他の不動産業者との連絡・調整業務、物件の紹介や依頼対応を行います。

・マンションデータ収集・管理・編集: 物件情報の収集・整理・更新作業を担当します。正確で迅速なデータ管理が求められます。

・間取図・マンション写真手配作業: 物件に関する間取図や写真を手配し、広告用の素材を準備します。

・ポータルサイト・HPの物件情報更新: 物件情報を各種ポータルサイトや自社HPに掲載・更新し、最新情報を反映します。

・SNS運用: 会社のSNSアカウントを通じて物件情報や会社の最新情報を発信します。

・本社事務: 電話対応、メールやFAXの管理、MTGスケジュール調整、郵便物の受け取り・発送など、一般的な事務作業を担当します。

・定例会議参加: 週次で行われる定例会議に参加し、自身の業務進捗を報告したり、チーム内での情報共有を行います。

・その他の事務作業: 営業活動に必要な各種事務作業全般(データ入力・資料作成・その他雑務)

勤務時間・曜日:

・勤務日: 週5日程度(お休みの曜日は相談の上決定)

・勤務時間: 1日4時間~(フレキシブルタイム制)

・コアタイム: なし(完全自由)

・フレキシブルタイム: 5:00〜22:00(1時間休憩)

勤務例

・10:00〜15:00(1時間休憩)1日4時間、週5日勤務(週20時間)

・10:00〜16:30(1時間休憩)1日5.5時間、週6日勤務(週33時間)

※フレックスタイム制で、出勤時間や退勤時間は都度調整可能です(午後から勤務する社員もいます)

・家族都合の急なお休みにも柔軟に対応 します。

・ 休日は 相談の上で決定 し、希望に応じた働き方が可能です。

・ 年次有給休暇は法定通り付与 します。

・ 長期休暇の取得も相談OK (事前に調整すれば、まとまったお休みも可能です)

・ 賞与:年2回支給(業績・個人の成果に応じて支給)
