【仕事内容】
車両運動制御アプリケーションのシステム・ソフトウェア設計業務をお任せします。
- 入社後すぐの業務
ご経験に合わせて、可能な範囲から車両運動制御システムのアプリケーションソフトウェア設計・実装業務を徐々に学んでいただきます。
入社3~5か月程度で1人で進められるようになっていただくことを期待しています。
- 入社6か月~1年以降
業務に慣れてきましたら、開発計画立案、開発・管理プロセスの遂行および完成車メーカとの連携・コミュニケーションを推進いただき、数年後にはプロジェクトリーダーとして全体の進捗管理などもお任せしたいと考えています。

【所属部署情報】
モビリティシステム設計本部モビリティシステム開発部へ配属となります。(FY25新設部署)組織のミッションは、車載E/Eシステム開発からアプリケーション開発まで、車載制御システム開発全般を担当しています。新卒・経験者採用を問わず受講できる技術教育や、海外で活躍できる機会の提供など、社員のキャリア形成を積極的かつ継続的にサポートしています。
