・目標達成のための戦略立案

【必須条件】

・人材紹介事業でのマネジメント経験2年以上

・法人営業経験2年以上

・自身で2桁億円以上のPL責任を担った経験あり

Q:なぜノンデスク産業に着目してビジネスを展開しているのですか?

A:私たちは「令和を代表するメガベンチャーを創る」というミッションから逆算して、どの業界よりも市場が大きくまだ開拓されていないノンデスク業界に軸足を置き、ビジネスを展開しています。その為、業界に興味を持ってご入社された方より、「競合が少なく、大きな市場で業界で1番を目指していけること」、「会社の成長が早いことで、スピード感を持ってキャリアアップしていけること」を求めてご入社される方がほとんどです。また幅広い知識をつけることを目的として総合領域の人材企業を選択される方もいらっしゃいますが、本当に市場価値を上げたいのであれば業界の知識よりもどんな業界でも通用する汎用的なポータブルスキルの方が大事です。(業界の知識は調べれば誰でも身につけられるので、市場価値を上げる手段にはならないため)

Q:トラックドライバーの時間外労働時間上限が制限される『物流の2024年問題』の煽りは受けませんか?

A:『2024年問題』は当社にとって追い風です。『2024年問題』を契機に、荷主・運送会社共に危機感が生まれ、人材採用とデジタル化への投資を積極的に進める会社が増えています。

また、コロナによって非対面を前提としたオペレーションが増えた結果、デジタル化も進んできています。人口減少する日本におけるDXの最後の砦と言われる、ノンデスク産業に対して、人材採用と業務管理のデジタル化を急速に推し進めており、時流に即した黒子の成長企業となっています。

Q:ノンデスク産業はなんとなく大変なイメージがあります。実際はどうですか?

A:大変さがあるとすれば「営業力を伸ばすための成長痛」だと思います。ノンデスク産業の人材紹介はまだまだ発展途上であるのに加えて、専門性が高く、大手の総合系の人材紹介と比べて求人数が少ないです。

そんな中で、転職支援をしていくためには、「いかに求人の魅力を適切に伝えられるか」という視点が問われます。魅力を伝えるには、営業や業界に関する洞察を深めていただくような勉強が必要になるので、そういった意味では確かに大変です。

成果を出しているCAは、「候補者の懐に入るのがうまい」「市場成長率やホットな業種に関する情報、求人相場に関する情報を集めている」と言った特徴があります。

よくあるご質問②

Q:対象がドライバーさんなので対応する時間帯が遅い時間になったり、働き方が不規則になりそうな印象があるのですが、実際はいかがですか?

A:ドライバーさんは勤務開始時間が早いので、業務が終わるのもかなり早いです。だいたい15-16時頃に仕事が終わっている人が多いです。候補者様の中には、ドライバーさんというと『コミュニケーション取れる時間が不規則になったり、すごく遅い時間になるのではないか?』というイメージで懸念を感じられる方もいらっしゃるのですが、それはいわゆる『長距離ドライバー』という職種で、全体の2%くらいしかありません。なので基本的には、決まった時間でコミュニケーションを取ることができます。実際に、当社のCAの8割以上が1日1時間程度の残業で帰宅しています。
