ゲームソフト・ゲームアプリの中国語版(簡体字)制作における翻訳スタッフ

主な業務内容:

・中国語版(簡体字版)テキスト翻訳業務

・繁体字翻訳者を含む複数翻訳者との翻訳方針の調整と連携

・翻訳済みテキストのレビュー・チェック業務

・社外・社内関係各所とのヒアリングと情報提供

・用語集・スタイルガイドなど翻訳関連資料の作成

・翻訳作業環境の設定と運用

・基本的なOAスキル(Word・Excel・PowerPointなど)

・日本在住

【必須要件】

・中国語(簡体字使用圏)ネイティブレベル

・日本語ビジネスレベル

・日本のサブカルチャー(ゲームソフト、小説、漫画、TVアニメなど)の翻訳業務に携わった経験1年以上

・基本的なOAスキル

・日本在住の方

【尚可要件】

・1つの作品に対して主体的に翻訳業務にあたった経験

・翻訳品質管理業務の経験

・ゲームソフト・アプリのLQA、または書籍校正の経験

・社外/社内、国外/国内問わずコミュニケーションを推進できるスキル

勤務時間・曜日:

・所定労働時間:8時間 休憩60分

・フレックスタイム制:有

・コアタイム:有 11:00~16:00

・完全週休二日制(土日祝休)

・年間休日|120日(内訳:土曜 日曜 祝日 その他年間5日)

・有給休暇|入社時8日付与、入社半年までに初年度10日付与、翌年以降毎年16日~25日付与(年数経過ごとに増加)

給与:

固定残業代あり:年俸 ¥5,500,000 〜 ¥8,000,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥68,090(25時間相当分)を含む。25時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

・年俸550万円~800万円(12分割支給)

【みなし残業制度】

・給与に月25時間分のみなし残業手当を含む

・年俸550万円の場合、月例給与416,680円(うち、みなし時間外手当68,090円)
