Job DescriptionConduct detailed project-based searches within the firm's database and external sources to gather relevant information and insights.
Collaborate with internal consultants and external clients to understand their business-related needs and provide tailored recommendations and support.
The Successful Applicant
Strong research and data analysis skills, proficiency in conducting comprehensive searches using databases and online sources.
Excellent communication in English and Japanese and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Client-focused mindset, empathy, and understanding of career development principles.
