大手企業との協業事業による女性向けオリジナルIPのアートディレクションをご担当いただきます。アイドルグループのブランド価値を向上をミッションとし、下記業務をお任せいたします。

・キャラクターイラスト、衣装デザイン制作

・オリジナルグッズデザイン制作

・MVコンセプトやブランディング全般のアートディレクション

▼事業戦略

・FINAL FANTASYシリーズをはじめ、今後もAAA級の大型タイトルを複数開発を予定しており、各プロジェクト開発で培ったノウハウをもとに確実にPDCAをまわしつづけ、最終的には「グローバルでヒットするオリジナルIP開発」を行う戦略を描いています。

・ひとつのプロジェクトをつくりあげたチームメンバーで新規プロジェクト開発へ移行することで、チームビルドのタイムラグをなくし、ものづくりのノウハウを継承しながらスピード感ある開発が実現できる環境です。

・大規模開発のみならず、少数精鋭で短期間で開発を行うプロジェクトも走らせることで、開発長期化に伴うクリエイターの機会損失を軽減する戦略等に取り組んでいます。

・サイバーエージェントのゲーム事業部は、アプリボットをはじめ10社の子会社から構成されており、各社の豊富な開発ナレッジを吸い上げつつ開発基盤をつくれる環境です。(各社を横断した開発基盤づくりに特化した専門部隊もあり)

※ 過去に作成された作品・ポートフォリオのご提出をお願いしております。

・ゲームやエンタメ領域におけるアートディレクション経験

・コンセプト実現のためアート領域のクオリティチェックおよび提案力

・イラスト、デザイン、UIUXに対する知見や、いずれかの制作実務経験

・大型ヒット作品でのアートディレクター経験(ゲーム、アニメ不問)

・女性向けIPに対する知見

・時代を創るようなビジュアルセンス

・5人程度のマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収800~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
