日本における糖尿病ケアのメディカル戦略とオペレーションをリードするメディカルアフェアーズディレクターを募集しています。医療界との連携、政策への影響、患者管理の革新において重要な役割を担います。
主な業務内容
国内のメディカルアフェアーズ活動を統括し、グローバル戦略との整合性を確保。
キーオピニオンリーダーや医療関連団体との戦略的関係構築。
コマーシャルやマーケットアクセスチームへの医学的サポート提供。
医療・業界・規制関連フォーラムでの企業代表としての活動。
医療教育の推進や臨床研究プロジェクトの支援。
メディカルチームのマネジメントと育成。
応募要件
学歴:
MDまたはPhD必須。内分泌学や糖尿病ケアの専門資格があれば尚可。
経験:
糖尿病患者管理の実務経験、医療・製薬・医療機器業界でのリーダーシップ経験。
スキル:
エビデンスに基づく医療、ヘルスエコノミクス、医療機器規制に関する知識。日本語・英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力。
歓迎条件
内分泌学/糖尿病ケアの専門医資格。
公衆衛生、ヘルスエコノミクス、ヘルスポリシーなどの修士号。
HTA(医療技術評価)やEBM(根拠に基づく医療)の知識。

About the RoleWe are seeking a Medical Affairs Director to lead medical strategy and operations for diabetes care in Japan. This role is pivotal in shaping medical engagement, influencing policy, and driving innovation in patient management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all medical affairs activities locally, ensuring alignment with global strategy.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key opinion leaders and medical associations.
Provide expert medical guidance to commercial and market access teams.
Represent the organization in national medical, industry, and regulatory forums.
Oversee medical education initiatives and support clinical research projects.
Manage and mentor a team of medical professionals.
What You'll Bring
Education:
MD or PhD required; specialization in endocrinology or diabetes care preferred.
Experience:
Hands-on experience in diabetes patient management and leadership roles within healthcare, pharma, or medical devices.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of evidence-based medicine, health economics, and medical device regulations. Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Board certification in endocrinology/diabetes care.
Postgraduate qualifications in public health, health economics, or health policy.
Familiarity with HTA and EBM principles.
