・今後のデジタルビジネスを支え、提供するためのネットワークの企画・計画、導入を推進
・クラウドサービスとデータセンターなどハイブリット構成のネットワークの企画・計画、導入を推進
・テレワーク、サテライト、全国事業所のネットワークの企画・計画、導入を推進
・新技術調査、および、市民開発の全社推進
