A global multinational organisation is seeking a
Content Writer (Freelance, Remote)
to support Employer Branding and Talent Marketing initiatives for an international audience, with a strong focus on Japanese-language content. This role is ideal for a writer who excels at localisation, storytelling, and employer brand messaging, with the ability to support light design adjustments when needed.

RESPONSIBILITIE

  • SWrite, localise, and adapt Japanese and English content for employer branding and talent marketing initiatives
  • .Create and localise content across multiple channels, including

tInternal mailers and communication

sLINE (Japan's primary engagement channel

  • )Ensure messaging aligns with global employer brand guidelines while resonating with local Japanese audiences
  • .Adapt content based on stakeholder feedback and regional requirements
  • .Maintain consistency with existing APAC careers and LinkedIn content styles
  • .Apply minor visual edits and formatting updates using tools such as:Canva or Adobe
  • .Prepare content assets for digital distribution (no heavy design or creative ownership required)

REQUIREMEN**

  • TSProven experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter, ideally within employer branding, talent marketing, or corporate communication
