事務経験を活かして人事領域の業務にチャレンジしたい方、新たな環境・新たな仕事で心機一転、頑張りたいという方をお待ちしています。

採用チームは、本社および支社における採用から入社、その後のフォローアップまでを一貫して担っており

特に入社手続き・オンボーディング業務を重要ミッションとし、新しく仲間になる社員のエンゲージメントを高める役割を期待しています。

具体的には

  • 入社手続き・オンボーディング業務

・入社手続き

・入社オリエンテーションの実施

・内定式/入社式/研修などの企画立案の実行

・内定通知書、押印申請、支払決裁などの事務関連

・採用サポート(数値管理等)

  • 採用関連業務

採用領域は、中途・新卒採用、アルバイト採用、派遣採用、障害者採用と多岐に渡ります。

・人材紹介会社とのリレーション構築

・媒体選定/掲載準備

・採用面接の日程調整

・社内各部とのミーティング実施

・入社までのフォロー

ご入社後は、マニュアルを用意して先輩社員がOJTで業務習得のサポートをしますので、ご安心下さい。

組織構成


人事課は20代~60代まで幅広い年齢層のメンバーが活躍をしています。

他部署や従業員とのコミュニケーションも大切にしながら、業務改善や人事業務の適正化を進めております。

役職関係なく、忖度なく部署内で話し合うことを大事に考えています。

風通しが良く、困ったことがあっても相談しやすい環境のため、すぐに社風にも業務にも馴染めると思いますので、ご安心ください。

構成

働く環境


本社は広尾駅徒歩2分の緑が多い綺麗なオフィスです。

エスプレッソマシーン・ウォーターサーバーを設置しているカフェテリアや、

部門を超えて社員同士が交流するためのフリースペースthink roomや、パーテーションで囲われたオンラインブースを完備しています。

広尾本社の従業員は約300名。会社を超えてコミュニケーションをとりながら仕事を進めています。
