職務内容

関東エリアにおける営業活動(既存顧客対応・新規開拓)
売上・利益目標の達成
市場調査に基づく営業戦略の立案・実行
自社部品・ツールの在庫管理
顧客機器の稼働状況の把握と最適化
年1〜2回の国際営業戦略会議への参加
価格設定・管理
週3〜4日のルート営業(ユーザー・競合先訪問)

理想の人材

建設機械、土木機械、重機、鉱山機械などの営業・サービス経験(2〜3年以上)
技術営業へのキャリアチェンジを希望するサービス担当者・技術者も歓迎
日本語での優れたコミュニケーション・営業スキル
自律的に業務を遂行できる方
機械工学の基礎知識(高校理系レベルの静力学・動力学)がある方歓迎
普通自動車運転免許必須
基本的な英語力(高校レベル)あれば尚可

条件・待遇

年収450〜700万円(業績連動賞与込み)+確定拠出年金制度
フレックスタイム制度(コアタイムなし)、入社1年目以降は在宅勤務可
最大5日間の有給病気休暇

年間休日130日(2025年実績)
