Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Business Content Introduction Specialist to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals through the entire project lifecycle, providing consulting and technical expertise to customers on our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support to customers
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
* Implementing product introduction
* Providing various system solutions
* Conducting standard training for customers
* Understanding customer requirements
Product Area
The successful candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas, or a combination of them:
* PLM, PDM, ALM, MOM, CAD, and other related products
Requirements
* 3 years or more of experience in implementing and installing manufacturing industry software (our products and equivalent products) and Enterprise package software
* Experience in implementing and installing engineering systems that involve our products and Enterprise package software, as well as technical expertise
* Knowledge of software development principles, programming, and basic knowledge of infrastructure and databases
* High communication skills
* Understanding of Japanese culture and respect for diversity
Preferred Requirements
* Experience in implementing and installing our products or equivalent products
* Experience in working with other companies, major SIs, software vendors, and foreign capital consultants
* Experience in proposing and implementing manufacturing industry solutions
Education
* High school graduate or higher
Language
* English: Business level desired
* Japanese: N1 level or higher (Business level desired)
