Position Overview
As a Post-Sale Technical and Business Consultant, you will help drive successful adoption of Autodesk solutions. Your role involves conducting process assessments, facilitating customer meetings, training, implementation, mentoring, creating documentation and customer deliverables, and providing feedback to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation consulting engagements with customers to ensure successful adoption of Autodesk solutions.
- Contribute to sales and business development by helping customers understand the value of consulting services.
- Provide support to Sales/Business Development in developing customer proposals and assisting clients in understanding the value of engaging consulting resources.
- Analyze current situations, identify gaps, and propose solutions to optimize customer outcomes.
- Apply Autodesk product sets to detailed industry requirements and workflows, ensuring seamless integration.
- Guide customers in the best application of Autodesk products, defining and documenting detailed use cases.
- Collaborate with customers and internal consulting groups to resolve technical issues and drive adoption.
- Drive and confirm adoption and consumption through presentations, tests, training, and mentoring of solution details.
- Provide feedback to global consulting groups on client experiences for product and process improvements.
- Develop systems architecture, codes, and implement solutions, as well as develop custom modules using technical skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an implementation consultant for design and manufacturing solutions such as PLM, ERP, and MES in the automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Understanding of digital transformation (DX) and digital twin in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in structured analysis of business data and use case analysis of business workflow.
- IT knowledge of web applications, cloud, databases, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Japanese and English.
- Good understanding of the business of the software industry.
- Innovative, creative thinker with a strong business acumen.
- Well-organized, goal-oriented, collaborative, and responsible style of work, able to manage multiple projects at one time while displaying an outstanding customer focus.
