【 仕事内容 】

お客さまのご案内や接客、予約管理などの業務をお願いします。

『emuN』は少数精鋭で運営しているため、状況に応じて調理補助にも携わっていただきます。

『emuN』があるのは、代々木上原駅 北口を出てすぐの場所。

信頼できる生産者から仕入れる旬の厳選食材を使い、フレンチの伝統×シェフの感性が光る一皿を提供しているレストランです。

開業はグルメが集う街・恵比寿にて。

代々木上原には2017年に移転し、同年から『ミシュランガイド東京』で5年連続一つ星を獲得しました。

そんな当店では現在、一緒に成長していける新たな仲間を募集しています。

優しさあふれるフレンチでおもてなし

『emuN』こだわりのフレンチを、心置きなくたくさん味わってほしい……。

そんな思いから、胃への負担がかからないように工夫した料理を追求しています。

フレンチの技術を存分に取り入れつつ、バターや油類を極力少なくした料理が特徴です。

~ オーナーシェフ・笹嶋伸幸の経歴 ~

専門学校を卒業した後、国内で11年間の修業を経て渡仏。

フランス パリの『ラングル・ド・フォーブルグ』『ルカ・キャルトン』などで研鑽を積む。

名店『タイユヴァン』では、ポワソニエとして腕をふるった。

帰国後は都内レストランでスーシェフを務める。

さらに2004年、東京 神楽坂にあった『アグネスホテル東京』のレストランにてシェフに就任。

6年間の活躍を経て、2010年に『emuN』をオープンした。半年後、ミシュランを獲得している。
