【仕事内容】

車両開発における各工程を対象に、品質確保の効率化を目的としたデータ活用や

システム化に繋がる課題を抽出し、その解決手法の検討および提案を行います。

採用された提案については、

実装・運用に向けた開発活動の推進および取りまとめを担当していただきます。

【具体的には】

・要件定義・ヒアリング:

車両開発に関するヒアリングを通じて、データ活用や分析、その他の手段で解決可能な課題を抽出し、要件に落とし込んだ上で顧客との合意形成を行います。

・PoC(技術検証):

要件に基づき、期待される効果の妥当性を検証するためのトライアルサービスを開発します。自ら開発を行う場合と、子会社に委託する場合があります。

・本開発:

本開発は原則として子会社に委託し、進捗確認や品質管理など、開発窓口としてのマネジメントを担当していただきます。

・導入・展開:

開発したサービスを顧客または社内事業部に導入し、業務活用まで支援します。導入後は事例として整理し、他顧客や事業部への展開・普及を推進します。

・マネジメント:

上記業務全体をチームで遂行するために、スケジュールや予算の管理を含むプロジェクトマネジメントを担っていただきます。

【求める人材】

・ソフトウェア開発経験(要件定義、設計、実装、テスト)

・新しい技術に取り組むことが好きなこと。

・BIツールの利用・運用経験

・何らかのデータを用いた定量的な分析経験

・データ分析手法

・統計学やデータマイニング手法に基づいた分析の実務経験

【歓迎】

・ ソフトウェア開発経験(要件定義、設計、実装、テスト)

・ AI(特に生成AI)を使った開発経験

・ ソフト開発のPL経験(アジャイル開発経験があると尚よし)

・ DMBOKに基づいたデータマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収800~1090万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
