車両開発におけるシステム開発・ソフトウェア開発の各工程を対象に、品質確保の効率化を目的とした開発業務のクラウド化に繋がる課題を抽出し、その解決手法の検討および提案を行います。提案が採用された後は、実装・運用に向けた開発活動の推進および取りまとめを担当していただきます。
【具体的には】
・要件定義・ヒアリング:
テストに関するヒアリングを通じて、クラウドやその他の手段で解決可能な課題を特定し、要件に落とし込んだ上で、顧客との合意形成までを担っていただきます。
・PoC(技術検証):
定義された要件に基づき、期待される効果の実現可能性を確認するためにトライアルサービスを開発します。自身で開発する場合と、子会社に委託する場合があります。
・本開発:
本開発は原則として子会社へ委託し、開発窓口として進捗管理や品質確認などのマネジメントを実施します。
・導入・展開:
開発したサービスを顧客または社内事業部に導入し、業務での活用を支援します。導入後は事例として整理し、他顧客・他事業部への展開・普及活動を行います。
・マネジメント:
上記活動をチームで推進するために、スケジュール・予算などのマネジメントを担当していただきます。

・ ソフトウェア開発経験(要件定義、設計、実装、テスト)
・ クラウドシステムの要件定義、設計、実装、運用の経験

・ AI(特に生成AI)を使った開発経験
・ ソフト開発のPL経験(アジャイル開発経験があると尚よし)
・ 車載システムの開発経験
・ OSSによるクラウド基盤の実運用経験
・ ポジション説明に記載されたOSSに関する深い知識や開発経験
【給与】
年収800~1090万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
