Key Areas of Responsibilities
• Liaise with sales traders and clients to ensure accurate and timely account setup
• Escalate and resolve outstanding confirmation issues promptly
• Serve as a Japan-based resource to ensure CLSA delivers high-quality operational service that meets client expectations
• Perform end-of-day (EOD) order allocations
• Enhance sales trader efficiency by resolving confirmation-related issues
• Collaborate with sales traders and dealers to monitor and report error/facilitation positions
• Proactively monitor confirmation and settlement reports to resolve issues before escalation, especially for offshore clients
• Manage and maintain static data for sub accounts to support smooth operational workflows.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the financial industry (Trade Support / Middle Office experience preferred)
• Ability to work dynamically across multiple teams and deliver results
• Confidence and maturity in communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to meet objectives within tight timeframes
• Strong attention to detail
• Business-level English proficiency
• System knowledge (preferred): CTM, T-wave, Smart Bridge, ISTAR
