Senior Middle Office Trade Support - Equity Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate onboarding and account setup for new trading relationships.
- Monitor trade confirmations to identify discrepancies early and prevent escalation, ensuring seamless settlement.
- Execute end-of-day allocation tasks and verify all details for accurate trade workflow processing.
- Troubleshoot allocation and confirmation issues to enhance trading desk efficiency and provide prompt operational support.
- Track, investigate, and report trade errors or facilitation positions with appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain and update static data for sub-accounts to support consistent and accurate operational processing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in trade support, middle office, or financial operations.
- Hands-on experience supporting equity products or similar traded instruments.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Language Requirements:
- Japanese: Fluent.
- English: Intermediate to Business level.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting both domestic and foreign equity transactions.
- Knowledge of global market settlement processes and cross-border workflows.
