Senior Middle Office Operations
- You will work in a compact team where you will work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and service quality.
- You will directly develop specialized skills in trade support, allocations, and confirmation management within a global setting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely and accurate onboarding and account setup for new trading relationships.
- Monitor trade confirmations proactively to identify and resolve discrepancies before escalation and ensure smooth settlement processing.
- Execute end-of-day allocation tasks and verify accuracy to support efficient trade execution workflows.
- Enhance trading desk efficiency by troubleshooting confirmation and allocation issues and providing timely operational support.
- Track, investigate, and report trade errors or facilitation positions to ensure proper follow-up and resolution.
- Maintain and update static data for sub-accounts to support consistent and accurate operational processes.
Requirements
- Both Japanese and English proficiency at business level.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in trade support, middle office, or related financial operations functions.
- Hands-on experience supporting equity products or similar traded instruments.
- Previous exposure to both domestic and foreign equity processes.
