【PL・PM】自治体向けITインフラ構築/共通基盤システムの導入
【仕事内容】
自治体向け自社パッケージ「ADWORLD」および共通基盤システムのITインフラ提案・設計・構築を担うポジションです。都内23区の自治体案件を中心に、プロジェクトリーダーとして進捗・課題管理を行いながら、上流から保守まで一貫したプロジェクト運営に携わります。ITインフラの専門性を深めつつ、マネジメントキャリアを育める環境です。
【具体的には】
・自治体向けITインフラの提案支援(提案書作成支援、要件整理)
・プロジェクト計画策定(スケジュール、体制、役割分担、規定整備)
・プロジェクト工程管理(進捗管理、リスク管理、問題管理)
・システム設計、構築、テスト、運用移行などのマネジメント
・複数ベンダーとの調整・交渉
・クラウド/仮想化基盤/バックアップ等の環境構築に伴う技術検討

配属となる組織は、11名の社員が在籍をしております。経験ある40代以上の社員が多く在籍をしております。また、出社をする高田馬場には他グループ、および協力会社社員も合わせて、60名程度の所帯となります。
