営業・販売戦略の企画・実施

「どうすればもっと売れるか?」をチームで考え、販売戦略を企画・実行していきます。

SNS・イベント・プロモーションなど、自分のアイデアを形にできる環境です。

未経験の方でも、先輩が丁寧に教えてくれるので安心して成長できます

チームマネジメント・人材育成

経験を積んだ後は、リーダーとしてチームをまとめるポジションにも挑戦可能

新人メンバーの育成やフォローを行いながら、チーム全体の成長をサポートします。

助け合いながら成長できる環境なので、初めての方でも安心してチャレンジできます。

海外研修やイベントも多数

年に4~5回、世界のチャンスあり

ラスベガス・イタリア・スペイン・タイ・韓国・フィリピンなどで、実際のビジネスや海外の価値観を体験できます。
