弊社は、未経験からでも施工管理になれるよう研修制度を思いっきり手厚くしております。
例えば、
・最新システムを活用したゲーム式の現場研修ソフト
・ゼロから始めるにあたって建築用語、機械の名前、道具の名前を問題形式でのクイズ大会
・道具の名前を覚えたって使い方がわからない?では使い方も教えちゃいます。
とりあえずいろんな研修を行ったうえでいざ実践へ移行します

いろんなことに手厚くサポートをしてゼロからイチにお手伝いします
さらになんと実践に移行してからもサポートをやめません

施工管理のお仕事としては
工事現場で作業してくれる職人さんが
【安全】かつ【効率よく】作業ができるように
【段取り】と【管理】をするお仕事です。
例えば、1日の段取りを職人さんに共有したり、
先を見越して職人さんたちと打ち合わせをしたりします。
必要なものを事前に手配したりと常に先を見越してお仕事します
特に初めて始める人には、現場の状況を把握してもらうために
現場の写真を撮影してもらったりします。しっかり計画通りできているのかなとか現場の状況を依頼主に送ってあげたりとかします。
写真撮影をするとき普段じゃ絶対入れないところに入れるのでめっちゃワクワクしましよ

給与:
固定残業代あり:月給 ¥270,000 〜 ¥500,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,300〜¥93,100(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
月給27万円~46万5000円+各種手当
※経験・能力を考慮して、加給します。
※上記には固定残業代(50.300円~/30時間分)を含みます。超過分は別途支給します。
※各勤務地の最低賃金を下回ることはありません。
※日・祝給与UP
※未経験であっても月給30万円以上稼ぐことも可能
<残業は少なめです>
残業月20時間以内に収まることがほとんどですが、進捗により残業が増えることもあるため、
固定残業代を設定しています。必ずしも毎月30時間の残業にはなりません。
※試用期間中:月給26万円(固定残業代48.400円~/30時間分を含む。超過分は別途支給。)
