Role Description

This is a part-time role for based in Tokyo with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for partial remote work. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, support financial advisers with client documentation, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities include maintaining schedules, coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and assisting with financial processes. The role requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to support the company's commitment to client service.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in administrative and office management tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software
  • Basic understanding of financial and client documentation processes
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in administrative or managerial roles is advantageous
  • Fluency in Japanese required; business level English also required
