【主な業務内容】
ー・ー・ー・ー
AI・機械学習に関する研修の講師兼クライアントのDX推進を支援するDXコンサルタントとして活躍していただきます。
株式会社キカガクは教育を軸に⼈材領域で企業の DX を⽀援する教育事業者です。
主に AI・データサイエンスに関する研修を実施しており、ビジネスプランナー・プロジェクトマネージャー、データサイエンティスト、データエンジニアの3種類の人材を育成する研修を行なっています。
≪具体的な業務内容≫
・個社向け企業研修のメイン講師業務またはサポーター業務
講義はメイン講師とサポート役の講師により進行。
まずはサポート役として参加し、業務に慣れてきたらメイン講師としてご活躍していただきたく思います。
※研修のサポート・登壇業務では、必ずキカガク社員とペアで業務に取り組みます。そのため、トラブルや困ったことが発生した場合にも安心して業務に取り組むことができます。
研修は基本的に法人のお客様に向けて実施しております。実施日は平日日中(9:30~17:30)が基本となります。受講者は 1~3 日間といった短期間で研修を受講することが多いです。
※講座のほとんどが自宅からのオンライン形式のため、リモートワークが基本です。
《パートナー講師について》
パートナー講師とは、キカガクが定めた講師の要件を満たした講師・サポーターになります。
パートナー講師を目指す方にはキカガクが持つ様々なコースで AI・データサイエンスの知識や講師としてのスキルを身につけるための教材を無償で提供します。得意な領域で研修のサポーターをしながら、新たな知識をつけることができます。
