・生地の仕込み

・面台作業と成形

・焼成工程

・フィリングとトッピング

・厨房内の清掃と洗い物

【業務の進め方】

・経験や技術に合わせて各ポジションを担当

・業務に慣れたら技術習得に応じて他のポジションにも挑戦

・全体の業務を理解し、製造工程全体を把握

【製造する製品】

・オールスクラッチのパン(35種類の新商品を含む)

・焼き菓子

・FC店舗向けの冷凍生地

・月間10万個以上の製造規模

シフト制で、朝シフトと夜シフトを組み合わせて勤務します。

オールスクラッチ製法で、パン、焼き菓子、FC店舗向けの冷凍生地など多様な製品を製造します。 全国25店舗を展開する『TruffleBAKERY』の新業態向けに、35種類の新商品を月間10万個以上製造する規模の大きなプロジェクトです。 仕込みから焼成、仕上げまで一貫して携わり、製パンの全工程を深く理解できます。

■未経験から技術習得

製パンの経験がなくても、パンが好きなら基礎から丁寧に教えます。 経験や技術レベルに合わせて各ポジションを割り振り、業務に慣れてきたら他のポジションにも挑戦できます。 製パン・製菓の経験者や専門学校出身者、オールスクラッチ製法の経験がある方は、さらにスキルを磨ける環境です。
