仕事内容:

飲食、サロン、農業、アパレル、古民家などの事業を行っている企業です。

その中で、特に飲食のケータリング・出張料理事業が大きく伸長しており、

この事業の管理や運営の部分をお願いしつつ、在庫や仕入、スタッフの対応や

顧客とのやり取り、ほか経理面の事務作業など、事業全般を一緒に見てくださる方を募集します。

そのほか、あらゆる事業が並行して動いておりますので、

能力やご要望、働きたい範囲に合わせ、業務を相談できればと存じます。

お仕事自体は多岐にわたり、以下のようなものがまずは主になると思います。

・仕入や在庫の管理(主に飲食)

・事務処理(顧問契約の社労士・経理・税理士との連動も含む)

・現場のサポート(農業・宿泊業・飲食など)

・SNSやシステム系のサポート(興味とやる気があればぜひ)

勤務は東京都目黒区をメインとしております。

慣れてくればリモートワークも可能。

勤務時間・曜日:

出社をベースとし、週3~4x6h~8h、

原則は10時~19時(1時間休憩)勤務としますが、

案件に応じて前後することがありますので、ある程度柔軟に動ける方が理想です。

当社は様々な事業を行っており、それぞれに特性があります。

その事業や業務に合わせて、柔軟に動ける方を募集しております。

時間は一日6~8時間を目安としますが、時間軸よりも成長するかどうかや、

ワクワクするという観点で、仕事に本気で取り組める方とのご縁をお待ちしております。

休暇・休日:

社員旅行や特別休暇あり

給料や働き方の要望に応じて柔軟に設計します。

勤務地:

基本的に祐天寺近辺が勤務地となります。

京都にもお店が一つあるので、宿泊を兼ねて仕事をしに行くことも可です

また、成長や希望に応じて各仕入先を回る出張なども可能です。

成長度合いと貢献度合いに応じて、いろいろな道ができればと思っています。
