【配属組織について(概要・ミッション)】
公共システム事業部は官公庁、自治体、外郭団体等公共分野のお客さまを、ITの側面から50年以上にわたって支援しております。公共システム開発統括本部は、公共システム事業部および社会ビジネスユニットの開発力と収益性の向上をシステムエンジニアリングでリードすることをミッションとし、アプリケーション開発の専門知識、スペシャリスト、技術資産のシナジーを最大限に活用し、事業への貢献を行っております。直近は生成AIなどの技術適用と拡大を推進することで、収益力の向上に貢献しています。
今回の募集対象は公共システム事業部の1.〜5.の事業分野におけるシステム開発プロジェクトに対して、横断的に活躍するシステムアーキテクト・アプリケーションスペシャリストとなります。
1.官公庁分野
Society5.0で実現する社会のための情報連携基盤構築といった国家的スケールの情報システムを提供し、国家戦略と国民の生活を見えないところで支えています。
2.自治体分野
住民情報管理や介護、地域包括ケアサービスに加え、デジタルガバメントに対する取り組みや、自治体を中心としたスマートシティの取り組みにより社会を豊かにする取り組みを進めています。
3.社会保障分野
国、または都道府県、その他保険者様と一緒に、社会保障分におけるビッグデータの利活用や予防AI等を活用することで、人々の安心・安全な暮らしを支えています。
4.社会基盤分野
警察・消防および道路分野において、住民の生命・財産を守る通信指令システムを始めとしたミッションクリティカルなシステムに加え、映像解析・AIを活用した予測システムの提案・構築を行っています。
5.ソリューション分野
監視・防災・ドローン等パブリックセーフティ関連のシステム提案や、映像解析・生体認証等セキュリティ関連のシステム提案、先端基盤・クラウド・プラットフォームの構築を行っています。

このようなDXからエンタープライズシステムまで、幅広いシステムの方式設計を担うシステムアーキテクト、高効率・高品質なシステム開発で必要とされる生産技術の開発を担うアプリケーションスペシャリスト、クラウド技術のスペシャリストなどとして活躍していただけるSEを募集します。

複雑な情報システム、アプリケーションなどの課題に対して技術支援を行います。
・システム要件の実現のため、システムアーキテクチャを設計
・幅広い技術に関する専門知識を持って、システム開発における機能面および非機能面の課題を解決
・システム生産技術を活用し、開発効率の向上と高品質なシステム開発を実現
【職務詳細】
システム開発における技術のスペシャリストとして、オンプレミスやクラウドのシステム開発において以下のような業務を担当します。
▼システム開発の上流工程におけるアーキテクチャ設計(機能性/信頼性/使用性/効率性/保守性/移植性等)
プロジェクトに参画し、専門知識を持つ有識者として、社会インフラを担う重要システム/アプリケーションを設計します。
▼アプリケーション開発を中心とした技術支援
アプリケーション開発のプロフェッショナルとして、様々なプロジェクトへの技術支援を行います。
▼ソフトウェア生産技術の開発・適用支援
ソフトウェアエンジニアリングによる生産技術(生成AI含む)に関して、研究・開発・プロジェクトへの適用支援まで行います。
▼設計・開発の標準化
・プロジェクトでの適用に先行して最新技術を試行評価し、生産技術へ活用を図る他、ナレッジ化を推進します。

【働く環境】
配属先:60名規模、20代〜30代が中心であり若手から活躍、女性比率20%、スペシャリスト中心
働き方:在宅勤務とオフィス勤務を組み合わせたハイブリッド型、通常時のオフィス出社は週1〜2日程度、プロジェクトの拠点などへの出張対応あり。

【必須条件】
【資格】
・応用情報技術者(AP)または高度情報処理技術者(SA、DB、NW、SC、ST)
【経験】
・エンタープライズ系システムの上流?下流までの設計開発の経験において、とくにシステム方式設計(非機能を含む)やアプリケーション処理方式設計の経験がある方。
・開発言語として、Java(必須)、COBOL、.NET、Python等のプログラミング力が高い方。

【歓迎条件】
・AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate以上
・Azure、OCI、GCPの上級レベル以上の資格
・TOEIC 650点以上の英語力(英語文献の読解力、英語論文の執筆力が必要)
