仕事内容:

■ 業務内容

・YouTube動画への出演(月4〜6本を予定)

・弊社が用意した台本に沿って自宅または都内スタジオ(応相談)で撮影

・1回あたりの撮影時間:1~2時間程度(月10時間程度)

※企画・台本・編集などの業務や、必要な機材などの用意はすべて弊社が担当します。

■ 応募資格

【必須条件】

・25~39歳の女性限定

・YouTubeなどで顔出し出演が可能な方

・話すこと、人に教えることが好き

・毎週最低1回は撮影が可能な方

・1年以上の長期で継続が可能な方

※チャンネルが伸びた場合、数年単位で運用していく予定ですので、現時点で短期のお仕事をご希望される場合はご遠慮ください。

・普段の業務がセールスや採用、マネジメントなどコミュニケーション力が求められる業種でお仕事をされている方

・過去に所属した会社・組織で何かしらの実績を出した経験のある方

例1: 個人営業にて、入社2年目で拠点内売上1位を獲得(達成率120%)。

例2: 企画職として、プレゼンを通し年間予算◯千万のプロジェクトを予算化した。

例3: インストラクターやコーチとして、◯◯名の生徒を抱え、継続率◯%を維持。

・一般的に見て知名度のある会社でセールスや採用など

コミュニケーションの必要な業種で成果を出してきた経験のある方

・SNSやYouTubeでの発信経験(フォロワー数問わず)

・コーチングに関連するお仕事をされている方

・採用や転職活動の支援に関する業務をされている方

■ 契約形態・報酬

・業務委託契約

・月額報酬:30,000円〜150,000円

※稼働工数やチャンネルコンセプト、成果により変動があるため面談時に応相談

※別チャンネルでは月30万円以上の報酬を受け取っていらっしゃる方もおります

■ 選考フロー

書類→選考→オンライン面談(約30分)契約締結 → 撮影開始

■プロジェクトを立ち上げる背景

これまで弊社では集客・セールス・CSを全て自社で一気通貫で行う事業を複数立ち上げ、

利益規模で上場企業レベルの事業を自己資金のみで2年以内に構築してきました。

そして、新しく言語化やコミュニケーションに関するYouTubeチャンネルをリサーチしていく中で、
