仕事の特徴

・商談相手はクリニック院長や経営幹部。経営者と対等な視点で対話し、事業成長の現場に立ち会えます。

・医師の想いや課題に寄り添い、物件選定・仲介、アライアンス調整、開業までのスケジュール管理、各種アドバイスなど、開業パートナーとして全工程を伴走します。

・「次の開業もあなたに」と名指しで依頼されることも。ビジネスパートナーとして信頼されるやりがいを実感できます。

・ドクターの一生に一度の挑戦を支え、感謝の言葉を直接いただけるポジションです。

・医療業界や経営、マーケティングの専門知識も自然と身につき、自身の市場価値を高められる環境です。

具体的な業務内容

・問い合わせ対応、リピート・紹介・SNS活用による集客

・お客様ごとの希望や課題を丁寧にヒアリング

・最適な物件の提案・内覧同行(30万円未満~1,000万円規模まで幅広く対応)

・申込書準備、条件交渉、契約書調整

・開業支援(コンセプト立案、融資計画、内装・医療機器選定、保健所申請など)

・長期的な信頼関係を築き、理想のクリニック開業をサポート

未経験からでもチャレンジ可能

給与:

年収:371万円~605万円(モデル年収)

・入社1年目:371万~497万円

・入社2年目:405万~551万円

・入社3年目:445万~605万円

インセンティブ制度

・個人売上(仲介手数料)の2~12%を毎月支給(歩合率は前四半期の成績で変動)

・金額上限なし

・全営業メンバーの月平均インセンティブ:142,000円(2024年度)

その他手当

・住宅手当:30,000円

・役職手当:10,000~90,000円

・資格手当:10,000~50,000円(資格取得補助制度あり)

・家族手当:5,000円~

・通勤手当:上限40,000円/月(営業交通費は全額支給)
