【業務詳細】
ランドマークや商業施設、ビル・マンションなどに組み込まれる設備全般(電気・水回り・空調・昇降機等)に関する施工管理を担当いただきます。取り扱う建築物は案件は新規・既存かかわらず、マンション、医療・福祉施設、教育・文化施設、オフィスビル、工場、商業施設、官公庁など様々です。
【就業環境】
・出張時における帰省手当に関し、【月に最大4回まで】支給されます。出張が発生しても毎週家族と会える体制を構築しています(独身の方にも支給されます)
・業務の分業化を進めており、施工管理の事務業務を巻き取る施工図部門や現場事務部門の組成に伴い、残業時間が削減傾向にあります

・1級電気工事施工管理技士
・1級管工事施工管理技士

・管工事施工管理技士1級
