また、グローバルや地域のステークホルダーと連携しながら、戦略的意思決定における分析支援を提供します。

The Japan Brand and Market Analytics Partner (Data Scientist) plays a critical role in providing valuable strategic business insight and actionable recommendations to priority Commercial Division/markets to support achievement of brand objectives for priority/strategic products.

This position is responsible for assessing brand performance on an ongoing and ad hoc basis to identify new business opportunities and insights and advise key stakeholders on how best to leverage the opportunities.

In addition to providing sound counseling and objective interpretation of data to the stakeholders in global and regional commercial functions.

This position will support brand-aligned analytics priorities at a Commercial Division/country level.

This position will work across the Commercial Division (CD) strategic business partners including Marketing, Sales, IS and co-promotion partners (if applicable).

This role will require close collaboration with Commercial Insights (CI) counterparts, when appropriate, to ensure global alignment and consistency.

部門およびグローバル戦略と整合した分析方針の策定と推進
ブランド目標に即したKPIの定義およびレポート設計
マーケティング・営業部門・IS部門・共同販促パートナーとの連携

高度分析(例:
顧客セグメンテーション、患者アドヒアランス分析、HCPネットワーク分析等)を活用した機会探索

ダッシュボードや定型レポートの設計・自動化およびユーザー向けトレーニング
ベンダー管理(契約調整・進行管理)
必要に応じたアドホック分析および戦略提言の作成
グローバルメンバーや他部門との調整・調和
Develop and promote analytics strategies aligned with departmental and global initiatives
Define KPIs and design reports in line with brand objectives
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, IS departments, and co-promotion partners
Identify business opportunities through advanced analytics (e.g., customer segmentation, patient adherence analysis, HCP network analysis)
Design and automate dashboards and standardized reports; conduct user training sessions
Manage vendors, including contract negotiation and project progress management
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and develop strategic recommendations as needed
Coordinate and align with global team members and cross-functional departments

【応募要件 / Qualifications】

<必須 / Required>

ビジネス、もしくはコンピュータサイエンスに関連する分野の学士号
分析・オペレーション経験4年以上(修士の場合は同等の経験)
SQL、R、Pythonなどのプログラミングスキル

統計モデリング手法の理解(例:
回帰分析、ROI分析、NLP、予測モデリング等)

Excel・PowerPointの高度な操作スキル
高い対人コミュニケーション能力
日本語(ビジネスレベル以上)、英語(基礎的な読み書き)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
4+ years of experience in analytics or operations (or equivalent with a Master's degree)
Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python
Understanding of statistical modeling techniques (e.g., regression analysis, ROI analysis, NLP, predictive modeling)
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Japanese (business level or above), English (basic reading and writing skills)

<歓迎 / Preferred>

製薬業界における実務経験
IQVIA、MDV、JMDC等の販売データの取り扱い経験
データビジュアライゼーションツール(Excel, QlikView, QlikSenseなど)の使用経験
グローバルプロジェクトでの業務経験
Work experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience working with sales data from vendors such as IQVIA, MDV, or JMDC
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, QlikView, Qlik Sense)
Experience working on global projects

①基本給:当人の経歴・技術・技能等を考慮して決定

②裁量労働制の場合:裁量労働手当として職務グレードに応じて50,000~100,000円支給

③フレックスタイム制の場合:月間の所定労働時間を超えて勤務する時間に対して時間外勤務手当を支給

①Base salary: will be decided by the candidate's experience, skill and capability.

②When Discretionary Work System is applied: Discretionary work allowance will be paid.(50,000~100,000yen, based on the Grade)

③When Flextime System is applied: Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
