宿泊型研修施設のフロント業務を管理し、セクションを運営していくお仕事です
緑に囲まれたスタイリッシュな宿泊型研修施設で、
フロントセクションの責任者をお任せします。
フロント実務に加え、
スタッフ教育やシフト作成などの管理業務が中心です。
受講者が研修に集中できるよう、
落ち着いた環境を一緒に整えていきましょう。
お仕事内容
フロント全体の業務管理とチームの統括を担当いただきます 。
【 管理・マネジメント 】
- スタッフのシフト作成・勤怠管理
- 業務フロー整備やスタッフ指導
- ショップ売上管理
- 商品や備品の発注
【 フロント運営・業務 】
- チェックイン・アウトや来客対応
- 宿泊室の予約手配
- ショップ利用者のレジ対応
- ラウンジやタクシーの予約対応
【 巡回・安全管理 】
- 館内巡回
- 体調不良者の対応、委託元への報告

研修室、宿泊室、ショップ、レストラン、バー、ラウンジ
温浴施設などを備えた宿泊型研修施設です。

ある1日の勤務例
07:30 フロント業務開始
- 出社、宿泊者対応、夜勤者からの引継ぎ、レジオープン
09:00 資料チェック
- フロント日報など報告書チェック
10:00 資料作成
- 社内で共有が必要な会議資料やマニュアルの作成など
12:00 休憩
13:30 業務引継ぎ
- スタッフ間での情報共有
14:00 情報共有会議
- 各種定例会への参加
15:00 デスクワーク
- 会議開催に向けた情報整理、資料作成
16:00 共有事項の申し送り
- 後任スタッフ等へ引継ぎ
16:30 業務終了
