お仕事内容
<施設管理業務>
- 協力会社(レストラン・清掃・設備・警備)と連携しながら施設建屋の維持管理
- 委託元会社に代わり、工事の予算申請~実施立ち合い
<研修受付業務>
- 各種調整業務
- 受講者の名簿や駐車場・食事の手配
- 窓口対応
- 研修事務局からの相談や、施設不具合の受付対応

研修室、宿泊室、ショップ、レストラン、バー、ラウンジ
温浴施設などを備えた宿泊型研修施設です。

1日のスケジュール例
08:30 勤務開始:メールチェック
09:00 施設内巡回:館内設備に異常がないかチェック
10:00 打ち合わせ:設備の現地調査・修繕の相談
11:00 資料作成:報告書や予算関連書類の作成
12:00 休憩 レストランのお弁当を食べられます(有料)
13:00 共有会議:社内スタッフとの情報共有
14:00 デスクワーク:各種報告書や議事録、見積書の作成等
16:30 最終確認:フロントへの申し送り、翌日の食数確認
17:30 業務終了
