レストランや温浴施設も備えたキレイな宿泊型研修施設のフロント業務をお任せします

日進市にある宿泊型研修施設にて、

多岐にわたるサポートを行っていただきます。

【研修準備】

・受講者の名札・席札などの作成および準備

【お客様対応】

・チェックイン・チェックアウト対応

・受講者および来館者のお問合せ対応

・ラウンジやタクシーなどの予約受付

【施設管理・運営】

・館内巡回による設備(開場・閉場)の定時管理

・館内備品の補充・不足品の手配依頼

・レジの精算

【安全・各所連携】

・体調不良の方への対応

(委託部署への迅速な情報共有を含む)

・後任者への申し送り・引継ぎ

大手自動車メーカーやディーラーの従業員が利用する研修施設です。

研修室、宿泊施設、ショップ、レストラン、

バー、ラウンジ、温浴施設などを備えた宿泊型研修施設です

緑豊かな敷地に佇むスタイリッシュな建物は、

自発的な研修を促し居心地の良さを追求した設計。

受講者の皆様が研修に最大限集中できるよう、

細やかなサービスを提供しています。

大手自動車メーカー従業員の方が中心。

目的が定まった方の来館のため

イレギュラー対応は多くないのが特徴です。

1日のスケジュール例

13:30 出勤、フロント業務引継ぎ

(午前対応者からの情報共有等)

14:00 館内情報共有会議

15:00 デスクワーク・資料作成

16:00 共有事項の申し送り

17:30 休憩

18:30 フロント業務

(チェックインやラウンジ予約の対応)

21:00レジ締め

22:00 後任者への申し送り(夜勤担当などへ引継ぎ)

22:30 業務終了

午後の引継ぎから夜の業務終了まで、

チームでの情報共有を大切にしています。
