(刈谷)製造オペレーター(仕上加工)刈谷事業所のアルミナ・イットリアセラミックスの製造における製造オペレーター業務をご担当いただきます。配属先は仕上げ加工チームとなります。職務内容:
■半導体関連の製品の製造における仕上加工業務をご担当いただきます。具体的には、セラミックスの精密加工、平面研削盤、3軸M/C、5軸M/Cなどのオペレーターをお任せします。 【入社後のキャリアアップ】 特定の試験に頼らず、継続的な業務評価を通じて実現されています。「目標管理」に基づいた評価制度では、個々の達成度が絶対評価され、その後、同じクラスの従業員との相対評価が行われます。この仕組みにより、公正かつ透明な評価が確保され、日々の努力と成果が着実に反映される環境が整っています。また、さまざまな業務に携わることで社員一人ひとりが成長し、チーム全体の力を高めています。必須要件:

■金属加工の経験者(旋盤、フライス盤、研削盤等) ■CNC加工機の経験者(加工プログラムの作成・修正が行える方) 【PCスキル】Excel、Wordの基本入力程度 学歴:高卒以上 【勤務形態】 4直3交替勤務(3~4名の班) ※OJT期間は昼勤の可能性あり 繁忙期には他の工程へのサポートや応援が求められることがあります。勤務地:刈谷事業所 愛知県刈谷市小垣江町南藤1
