Job Title

(刈谷)製造オペレーター(前工程)刈谷事業所のアルミナ・イットリアセラミックスの製造における製造オペレーター業務をご担当いただきます。配属先は前工程チームとなります。

職務内容:

造粒・成形オペレーター:セラミックス原料を調合・混錬し、製品の形状に応じてプレス成形を行う工程です。 【入社後のキャリアアップ】 特定の試験に頼らず、継続的な業務評価を通じて実現されています。「目標管理」に基づいた評価制度では、個々の達成度が絶対評価され、その後、同じクラスの従業員との相対評価が行われます。この仕組みにより、公正かつ透明な評価が確保され、日々の努力と成果が着実に反映される環境が整っています。また、さまざまな業務に携わることで社員一人ひとりが成長し、チーム全体の力を高めています。

必須要件:

学歴:高卒以上

★ご経験不問★未経験歓迎★三河・刈谷で働きたい方、安定企業で働きたい方、製造に興味がある方をお待ちしています ◎Excel、Wordの基本入力程度のPCスキルをお持ちであれば問題ありません

【歓迎要件】

■玉掛作業者 尚可 ■床上操作式クレーン運転技能者 尚可 ■フォークリフト運転者 尚可 (玉掛、クレーンは別途講習受講にて取得可能) 【勤務形態】 4直3交替勤務(2~3名の班) ※OJT期間は昼勤の可能性あり 繁忙期には他の工程へのサポートや応援が求められることがあります。

勤務地:刈谷事業所 愛知県刈谷市小垣江町南藤1

最寄り駅名古屋鉄道名鉄三河線小垣江駅 徒歩12分/マイカー通勤可

受動喫煙対策:敷地内禁煙(屋外喫煙可能場所あり)
 

勤務時間:1ヶ月単位の変形労働時間制

月間総労働時間143~165時間

休日休暇:

■休日
・基本5勤2休(朝→夜切り替えの時のみ1休)となりますので、2休で休日も確保できて体力も安定しやすいです。
・必ずしも土日休ではございませんが休暇は取得しやすい環境です。

年収408万円~600万円(時間外手当除く)
500万円~7200万円(時間外:月20H実施した場合。時間外手当は実績に応じて支給)

月給 255,000 円~375,000 円(時間外手当除く)

手当:

勤務地調整手当、次世代育成手当、時間外手当、通勤手当等
