Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Yokohama.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating and implementing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, and building and maintaining relationships with clients.
Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, attending industry events, preparing sales presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
QualificationsBusiness Development, Market Research, and Sales skills
Strong strategic planning and implementation abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in preparing sales presentations and proposals
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams
Experience in the technology or power electronics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
