Our client is one of the leading Industrial and consumer business in the world with HQ in the Germany.
About The Role
You will be responsible for the following.
・Ordering and Payments services to clients
・Agency Ordering and payment services using Corrigo
・Help desk support (for own primary operations)Industrial waste operations
・Private locker management
・Parking lot and Bicycle parking lot management
・Security cards and system management
・Renewal procedures for overseas travel insurance
・Asset application and registration
・Reception support for GA (representative calls, visitor assistance)
・Vendor management (e.g., Industrial waste / Janitorial / Landscape / Vending machine / White Coat Dry Cleaning / Gas cylinder )
・Project and construction-related administration
Duties & Responsibilities
Operate with vendors to punctually complete daily operations in Yokohama HQ.
Review and implement requests from clients and collaborate with other JLL team members and clients depending on the requests.
Comprehends and control budgets of JLL operations for the company.
Regularly review operations and those SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and revise or prepare for new procedure.
Qualifications & Experience
Task skills
Knowledge and experience of management for ordering and payment
Experience of vendor management for subcontracting operations
Basic written and verbal communication skill in English.
Basic knowledge and skill for Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS) and sharepoint (OneDrive)
Personal Skills
Proactive and positive individual in everything
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver good quality of work

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (hours may vary when working at client sites)

On-site attendance required (Remote work requests require consultation)
Holidays:
Two days off per week (Follows Japanese calendar)
Base Annual Salary:
¥4,000,000 - ¥5,000,000
(The above is an estimate only; the final amount will be determined after the interview based on skills and communication abilities)
Overtime Pay:
Included. Fixed overtime pay (equivalent to 30 hours per month) is included in the base annual salary.
