This is a full-time on-site role located in Yokohama for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales pipelines, and building strong client relationships.
Day-to-day tasks involve reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting our services, and converting leads into ongoing business.
The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively promote our eco-conscious services and products.Qualifications
Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong Communication and Sales skills
Proven expertise in Business Development
Ability to work onsite in Yokohama
Multilingual skills (Japanese, English, Arabic, French, Portuguese) are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Experience in the moving, recycling, or sustainable waste management industry is beneficial
