Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries.

Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.

当社製造業向けDXソリューションの営業活動(提案・交渉・契約)
新規・既存顧客に対する新規ライセンスおよびサービスビジネスの発掘
社内外ステークホルダー(顧客内部での利害関係者、社内関連部署など)との各種調整業務

※ターゲットとする業界は、①自動車、②航空宇宙、防衛、③エレクトロニクス、医療機器、④半導体を想定しています

▼知識・経験

・5年以上のビジネスアプリケーション領域における法人営業経験

・新規開拓営業やアカウント営業(インサイドセールスやSMB営業経験を含む)の経験、また成果に対して高いこだわりが持てること

▼スキル・能力

・大手企業の経営層(Cレベル)を含む意思決定者との信頼関係を構築し、的確に課題・ニーズを引き出すコミュニケーション力

・高い論理的思考能力と課題解決力

顧客の課題を的確に捉え、解決策を提案し、顧客に対し戦略的アプローチができること

・成長意欲と学習行動

自身だけでなく、チームや会社全体の成長にも貢献するために、新たな知識・スキル習得に主体的・継続的に取り組める方。

・DX提案経験があれば尚可(業界は不問)

・SaaSプロダクト、クラウドサービスの営業経験

企業の業務課題やニーズを的確に把握し、SaaSやクラウド型ITサービスの価値を顧客へ分かりやすく提案・導入までリードした経験のある方。

・即戦力性

製造業の営業経験があれば尚可

PLM、CAD、CAE、MESなど製造業向けのソフトウェア営業経験があれば尚可

▼スキル・能力

・担当顧客ごとの状況分析にもとづき、中長期的な関係構築や売上拡大に向けた戦略的なアカウントプランを立案・提案できる方

・提案力・プレゼンテーション力

ソリューションの価値や導入メリットを分かりやすく、魅力的に伝える力。

・大学卒業以上が望ましい。

■待遇

・想定年収(OTE):1,200万円 ~ 2,400万円

・OTE構成:
基本給:50%、ターゲットインセンティブ:50%

・支払方法:
月額給与は年収の12分の1を毎月25日に支給。ターゲットインセンティブは当月分を翌月計算、翌々月支払い。

・深夜勤務手当

・賞与は(雇用契約書)に準ずる

・通勤手当:
特急料金を除き全額支給(ただし、新幹線料金には別途定めあり)。

・退職金:
企業型確定拠出年金
