産業機械の製造のお仕事です
様々な種類の産業機械をお客様に納品しています
<未経験からのスタートでもまったく問題なし>
入社後は研修から開始
専任の教育チームによる研修で必要なことはすべて入社してから学ぶことができます
基礎的な用語から丁寧に教えてもらえるので、理系文系関係なく技術職としての基礎を身につけることができます。
先輩・上司も業界未経験からスタートした方が多数
前職は営業職やインストラクター、アパレルなどさまざまです

まずは図面を見ながら、組立からスタート
はじめは分からないことだらけですが、現場でも教えてもらいながら
コツコツできることを増やしていけます
慣れてきたら電気配線や制御装置など
少しずつ難しいお仕事をお任せします

1から装置を組み上げていって完成したときはやりがいを感じる。組み上げた中で一番大きいモノは170センチの高さのコンベア見たいな装置です。

勤務時間・曜日:
8:30~17:30
(所定労働時間8時間/休憩1時間)

月給21万円~28万円+賞与年3回
