  • 新規事業として立ち上げるRPO(採用アウトソーシング)事業のリーダー候補として、事業戦略の立案から、実際のプロジェクト推進、組織構築までを一気通貫でお任せします。
  • 事業開発(0→1フェーズ)・RPO事業の営業戦略・戦術の立案および実行・事業をスケールさせるための「業務フローの型化・仕組み化」・チーム全体の目標達成に向けた進捗管理とP/L管理 プロジェクトマネジメント(PM)業務・クライアント(経営層・人事部長クラス)の採用課題ヒアリングと要件定義・採用戦略(ターゲット選定・チャネル選定・歩留まり改善)の立案・実行・プロジェクト全体の進捗管理およびステークホルダーとの期待値調整・交渉・採用プロセスの分析、継続的な改善提案と効果レポーティング

【経歴面】

・求人媒体の代理店営業またはRPOにおいて、個人・組織双方で高い目標達成意欲を持ち、実績を残されてきた方。

・チームリーダー、課長職以上でのマネジメント経験。

・目標から逆算し、KGI/KPIを設計した経験。

・創業期のスピード感や変化を楽しみ、制度や仕組みがない状態から「自ら作る」ことに価値を感じる方。

・スポーツ等の経験を通じて、高い目標に対してストイックに努力し続けられるマインドをお持ちの方。

【人物面】

・クライアントに対して常に正直であり、信頼関係を第一に考え、嘘のない仕事ができる方。

・誰かに指示を仰ぐのではなく、自ら課題を見つけ、即座に打ち手を講じてプロジェクトを完遂できる方。

・対人理解力に長け、クライアント企業の経営層から現場メンバーまで、相手の立場に合わせた適切なコミュニケーションが取れる方。

・過去の経験に固執せず、新しい手法を柔軟に取り入れ、自身のアップデートを続けられる方。
