職務内容 Roles and Responsibilities

Value Creation Infrastructure & Urban Renewal (VCIU) は、PwCアドバイザリーの都市開発・インフラ分野の豊富な知見に加えて、最新のSDGsやデジタルの知見を掛け合わせ、スマートシティに代表される次世代都市開発事業に参画する企業の事業化支援を本格展開します。

社会課題解決の志を持ち、持続可能な都市開発事業を通じて、クライアント企業のビジネスの成長を積極的にリードいただける方は大歓迎です。

PwCアドバイザリーのディールサービスの豊富な知見をベースに、多様な契約・取引が発生する都市開発領域で、企業価値向上及びビジネスの成長を支援しています。

建設、不動産、交通、エネルギー等のフィジカルな都市インフラの知見だけでなく、都市OSやデータ利活用、XR等、デジタル領域の最新の知見を持ったメンバーがいることも大きな魅力です。また従来の延長戦で都市を考えるフォアキャスティングとは異なり、都市の将来像から考えて逆算するバックキャスティングのアプローチで、不確実性の高まる混沌とした時代に明るいビジョンを示す社会の価値創造を重視したサービスを提供しています。

<業務内容>

スマートシティ等、都市開発自体の初期のコンセプト策定段階から関与し、街づくりに必要なプレイヤーを巻き込みながら、都市開発事業を推進して頂きます。次世代都市開発では、建設・不動産や情報通信、交通、エネルギー等、多様な産業が分野横断の関与が必要であり、目下それら企業の都市開発領域への新規参入が増加しています。企業の都市開発領域に対する戦略立案や新規事業開発、またそれらの事業はSDGsやサーキュラーエコノミーとの関係も深く、事業の成長をリードするとともに、クライアントの企業価値向上につなげていきます。社会課題解決の高い視座を持ちながらも、複雑なビジネス環境を読み解き、スマートシティ事業をマネタイズする広い視野を持って、サービスを提供します。都市開発事業の推進では、民間セクターのみならず、国の関連省庁や自治体との官民連携も不可欠であり、公と民のセクターを超越して事業の価値を創造していきます。

【Manager以下の組織構成について】

Manager, Senior Associate, Associateで採用された方々は『Deals Execution Team(DET)』への配属となります。

Dealsでは、社会におけるValue Creationを図ることをVisionとしており、Visionを達成するには高い専門性だけではなく、

経営に関する重要な課題に関して広く知見を有することが重要と考えています。

DETは、広い知見を獲得することを1つの目的として、自身の専門分野だけではなく他の専門分野にも興味をもち、

様々なプロジェクトに参加いただくことで個人のキャリアを広げる場として設立されました。

・各種インフラ分野のプロジェクト経験

・戦略策定/新規事業開発の経験

・都市や施設のコンセプト策定や企画の経験
