【職務内容/ Job Description】
傷病の治療内容、事故の状況、障害の状態などに疑義がある契約の保険金・給付金等の支払い、不払いの査定スキル、ケースバイケースで専門会社による調査等を実施し、保険金・給付金等の支払、不払査定を行います。

事実確認業務は健全な被保険者集団を維持するための保険会社にとっての基本的かつ必要な機能です。

・保険金・給付金等支払いの正確性、公平性、継続性を確保する

・不正請求を排除する

■主な業務内容:

・生命保険商品の保険金・給付金等の支払、不払査定および顧客対応

・請求書類の取り扱い、データ入力、通知文作成、調査会社・医師・弁護士との対応

・保険金・給付金非該当等のお客様対応、支払、不払書類の作成

■取得可能スキル:

・保険金・給付金等の査定スキル

・顧客対応スキル

・弁護士対応に伴う判例等を含む、包括的な法律スキル

・医師対応に伴う包括的な保険医学スキル

【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills And Experiences 】
・医療保険、ガン保険等の査定業務経験。(1年以上)

・不正請求に関する事実確認業務。(尚可。入社後トレーニングいたします)

・顧客対応経験(尚可。入社後トレーニングいたします)

・PCスキル(必須)

・文書読解・作成能力(約款の理解や顧客・医療機関あて文書作成)

9:00~17:00(休憩12:00~13:00)
