- 継続的改善プロジェクトの企画・実行
- Lean・Six Sigmaを基盤としたパフォーマンスシステムの導入・維持
- 倉庫オペレーションの定期評価と改善提案
- チームの改善スキル向上を目的としたトレーニング実施
- 部門横断での協働によるプロジェクト成功の推進
- KPIのモニタリングと進捗報告
理想の人材
- 工学、経営学など関連分野の学士号
- オペレーショナルエクセレンスや業務改善に関する実務経験(2年以上)
- Lean・Six Sigmaの知識(グリーンベルト以上歓迎)
- バリューストリームマッピングの理解
- プロジェクトマネジメントスキルとチームリード経験
- 分析力、問題解決力、コミュニケーション能力
- データ分析ツールの使用経験
